Serco is recruiting an OBP Facilitator for the HMP Dovegate team in Uttoxeter. You will deliver accredited offending behaviour programmes to individuals and groups, upholding guidelines and safeguarding requirements to help rehabilitation and ensure high-quality programme delivery.
You will facilitate sessions, assess readiness, keep accurate records, and work with staff to promote behavioural change while meeting the establishment's training and supervision standards.
