  • Building and nurturing talent pools to support immediate and future hiring requirements.
  • Working closely with Recruitment Marketing to develop engaging attraction campaigns and strengthen our employer brand.
  • Providing market insights and recruitment intelligence to support workforce planning and hiring decisions.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns, ideally within an in-house Talent Acquisition function.
  • Proven capability managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, including attraction, assessment, selection, offer management, contracts and onboarding.
  • Strong sourcing capability with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms and other innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and advise hiring managers.
  • A data-driven approach, with experience working to recruitment SLAs, KPIs and mobilisation deadlines.
  • Experience using ATS and CRM systems, with exposure to AI sourcing tools such as Phenom being advantageous.

What will make you successful?

  • You’ll be someone who enjoys working at pace, thrives on delivering ambitious hiring targets and can balance volume recruitment with quality outcomes.
