As Sales Supervisor, you'll lead the membership sales and reception teams, helping more people access health, fitness and wellbeing opportunities within their local community. By delivering excellent customer experiences, supporting colleague development and driving membership growth, you'll play an important role in creating a positive impact on communities and helping the Trust achieve its vision for a healthier future.
What you’ll do as a Sales Supervisor:
- Lead and motivate the membership sales and reception teams to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve membership targets.
- Drive membership enquiries, lead generation activities and promotional campaigns to maximise sales opportunities.
- Support customers throughout their journey, from initial enquiry through to membership sign-up and ongoing engagement.
- Plan and coordinate local outreach activities and marketing initiatives in line with the monthly activity plan.
- Recruit, train and develop employees, ensuring effective inductions, ongoing learning and high performance standards.
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager to share insights, support commercial objectives and promote continuous improvement across front‑of‑house operations.
