  • Location: 100% office based, Larkhill
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00AM to 4:30PM)
  • Salary: £28,051.32

About the Role

Reporting to the Area Manager and based within the Area Office, you will provide essential administrative support to operational teams responsible for delivering accommodation services. Your ability to stay organised, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities will help ensure contractual commitments are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange appointments and schedule planned preventive maintenance orders.
  • Mitigate any issues that arise with access to military family properties and raise remedials.
  • Support training administration, maintain accurate records, and keep electronic and paper-based filing systems up to date and compliant with company policies.
  • Assist with compliance documentation for Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, Security, Fraud Prevention, and Sustainability initiatives; support audit requirements and ensure information is accurately recorded and readily available.
  • Help with ordering activities through company systems and identify opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Build positive working relationships with colleagues across the business, Defence Infrastructure Organisation representatives, local customer representatives, supply chain partners, and direct operatives; respond to requests for information, support customer enquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in an administrative position with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with Maximo or CAFM systems and accredited Microsoft Office training would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrates initiative, takes pride in delivering high‑quality work, remains focused in a changing environment, is a strong communicator, supports a positive and safe workplace culture, and is committed to delivering excellent service.
