Salary: £30,000 per annum

Schedule: Fulltime, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

What you’ll do as a Sales Advisor:

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end sales journey, helping to grow membership while delivering excellent customer care.
  • Drive membership sales by achieving monthly targets and supporting retention activities.
  • Welcome customers, handle enquiries and ensure every interaction is timely and professional.
  • Deliver engaging tours of the facility and convert visits into memberships.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Support and deliver marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams.
  • Plan and attend outreach events to generate leads and raise local awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage the membership database in line with procedures.
  • Work closely with gym colleagues to support renewals and ongoing member engagement.
  • Contribute ideas on industry trends and opportunities to help shape future growth.

Experience required:

  • Experience in a sales-focused role, with a track record of achieving targets.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.
