Serco is offering a Small Vessel Chief Engineer Apprenticeship at Butec Kyle of Lochalsh, IV40 8AJ, with a structured programme combining hands‑on shipboard experience and formal study. The apprenticeship runs up to 60 months, 48 hours per week, starting October 2026, with training blocks at Fleetwood Nautical Campus and on‑the‑job learning.
