Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of a complex facilities estate, ensuring services are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Deliver essential services, maintain compliance with industry and military standards, and support subcontractors and contractors.
- Develop an understanding of compliance frameworks, including JSP 375, and plan preventive maintenance using SFG20 standards.
- Operate CAFM systems such as MAXIMO to manage work orders, track assets, and support forward planning.
- Participate in small‑scale projects, gaining insight into project management, legal compliance, and CDM regulations.
- Promote a positive safety culture and collaborate with stakeholders, from military personnel to supply chain partners.
Qualifications
- GCSEs in Maths and English, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive mindset.
- Keen attention to detail and the willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous experience or qualifications in facilities management will be an advantage.
