Serco is seeking a Transition Analyst to support mobilisation, transition, transformation and exit of major contracts across the UK & Europe.
You will work with Transition Directors to develop plans, manage controls and provide insights to enable confident decision-making.
This 12-month fixed-term opportunity requires strong programme coordination, stakeholder management and the ability to drive governance across bids and delivery, with hybrid travel to Hook/London or Solihull as needed.
