You will provide pragmatic employee relations advice to around 3,000 people managers, mostly by telephone and email, handling complex cases end-to-end while ensuring decisions comply with employment law and best practice.
The role is hybrid—attached to the Solihull office with two days on-site each week—full-time and permanent, offering a salary of £35–40k depending on experience.
