Serco is expanding its Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS) and we are seeking a Senior User Researcher to lead primary user group research at a critical stage of our programme. This role requires hands-on field research, talking to real users, and turning insights into meaningful change.

Based in Bristol with UK travel, you will design and run surveys, interviews, and field-based research at Career Centre locations and recruitment events, analyse data, and collaborate with MoD, Akkodis, TMP.
