VIVO Defence Services, a Serco– EQUANS joint venture, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee on-site delivery of maintenance and billable works at Kineton and nearby sites. You will manage contractors, ensure safety, quality and timely completion, and maintain CAFM records.
You will split time between office reporting progress to DIO and on-site inspections, while ensuring compliance with JSP 375, asbestos and Legionella plans.
