About You
You will be an experienced quality professional with a background in quality assurance, contract management or compliance within a complex, regulated or service-led environment. You will have strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 principles and audit methodologies, with the ability to translate quality requirements into practical improvements across operational teams and suppliers. You will be confident analysing performance data, producing reports and using insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities. You will have a structured and detail-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and governance. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence decision-making and provide constructive challenge at all levels. You will be comfortable working with clients, operational teams and supply chain partners to improve performance and resolve quality issues. You will be committed to continuous improvement and passionate about creating sustainable changes that enhance service quality, customer experience and operational performance. Membership of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), or a commitment to achieve this within six months, is essential.
