VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is hiring an experienced hard FM maintenance manager for an on-site role at Azimghur Barracks. You will deliver reactive and programmed maintenance, oversee high-volume billable works and ensure health and safety standards are met.
You should have a background in planned/reactive maintenance, strong people management, KPI reporting, and IOSH knowledge. A full UK driving licence and SC clearance are required.
