Serco is seeking a Building Services Engineer for the SDW Contract in Bordon, Hampshire. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and specialist assets including BMS, UPS, fire safety, CCTV, and access control.
You’ll act as an Authorised Person under JSP375 and manage permits, isolations, and safe handovers using the CAFM system. Based at SGS Oakhanger with occasional site travel, you’ll participate in an on-call rota with an allowance.
