Our client is a very well established property company who work across residential and investment properties. They offer a slightly different approach to traditional estate agency and are extremely successful. With a focus on employee training, development and growth, they offer a rewarding and fun professional environment with lots of structure and support.
We are now looking for an additional Sales Negotiator to help manage their property portfolio and drive sales through to offer. The earning potential is exceptional and it has a lovely culture.
Responsibilities:- Looking after a manageable portfolio and selling a targeted number of residential properties
- Arranging viewings from the office and handling all feedback
- Present and accept offers to the Vendors as Sales Negotiator
- Upsell and cross sell some of our services
- Update and maintain the CRM system effectively
- Negotiating sales and managing all aspects of the process
- Handle all calls from both buyers and sellers
- Usage of Rightmove
