Legal experience is essential. Our client is an exceptionally successful law firm with offices across the North West, offering a superb working environment in beautiful offices.
From general secretarial work as the Executive Assistant to supporting the Directors as their PA, plus assisting with key projects like Events, you will have a mix of duties and scope to develop, whilst working alongside a really brilliant bunch of people. They are incredible to work for, offering a flexible, supportive working environment. The Employment team has grown rapidly, so we need an additional PA; this is a really fun, dynamic team to work on.
- General secretarial duties as Executive Assistant
- Formatting and editing a range of complex documents
- Organising business schedules, events and travel arrangements
- Providing additional PA support to cover tasks and projects
- Arranging, organising and planning meetings
- Compile and process expenses and mileage claims
- Responsible for non-legal correspondence with clients
- Audio and copy typing
- Opening Client files & Client billing
Main Skills and Experience needed as PA / Executive Assistant:
- Possess strong experience as an Executive Assistant or PA
- Legal Experience is needed - within Employment / HR departments would be an advantage
- Be personable and sociable to help create a professional client experience
- Able to use Microsoft Office to a professional standard for document editing
- Have excellent and accurate typing skills
