We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of projects from concept through to successful delivery. This role requires a balance of strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. While a technical awareness is advantageous, your ability to manage stakeholders, adapt to change, and drive outcomes in line with strategic business objectives will be key to your success. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to Seras’ wider goals, whilst continuously reassessing priorities and risks in a dynamic environment.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, adapting to evolving business needs and requirements
- Allocate tasks effectively based on team strengths, skills, and experience
- Monitor project performance, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Produce and present regular project status reports to key stakeholders

Essential
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role (ideally within an IT or systems environment)
