You’ll be part of a high‑performing, fast‑paced team, supporting internal departments and building strong, professional relationships with external customers to help deliver national sales targets and meet supply chain demand. You will work in line with all compliance requirements and agreed ways of working, ensuring systems are kept fully up to date. Key Responsibilities
- Support national sales and keep supply chain operations running smoothly.
- Prepare quotations and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage tickets and ensure systems and compliance records are always up to date.
- Coordinate daily material movements with Transport and Site Operations.
- Build strong customer relationships and handle enquiries promptly.
- Liaise with hauliers to book loads and secure competitive rates.
- Maintain internal admin, including SharePoint, databases, and general office support.
- Clear outstanding tickets weekly and support Finance when needed.
- Research new leads and share relevant market insights with the team.
