As a Transport Manager at Seras, you will take ownership of the transport operation, managing drivers, fleet, and depot activities to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transport operations, including driver and vehicle allocation
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and transport legislation
- Manage depot activities, resources, and operational requirements
- Lead recruitment activities, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-quality drivers
- Provide effective people management, including performance management, coaching, and development
- Maintain high vehicle maintenance standards to minimise downtime and control costs
- Monitor performance, identify improvements, and drive operational efficiency

- Experience in transport operations management
- International/National CPC Licence Holder
