Description

We’re looking for a Technical Continuous Improvement Lead to play a pivotal role in transforming how we work. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on turning ideas into action, using technology, data, and systems to deliver real, measurable improvements across the business.

You’ll sit at the heart of innovation, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities, design smarter solutions, and lead projects that make a lasting impact.

Additional Details

  • 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
  • Hybrid working (minimum 3 days office‑based, agreed with line manager)
  • Travel to UK sites (approx. once per month)
  • Driving licence required

Key Responsibilities

This is a hands‑on leadership role combining continuous improvement, technical delivery, and project management.

  • Lead end‑to‑end transformation projects from concept through to delivery and review
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery
  • Translate business needs into technical and system‑based solutions
  • Drive adoption of new systems through effective change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Use Microsoft technologies (M365, Power Platform, Power BI) to design scalable solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and requirements gathering sessions
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and project controls
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver impactful, organisation‑wide change
  • Lead and support team members, fostering a high‑performance culture

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in continuous improvement and project delivery roles
  • Strong business analysis and requirements gathering capability
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and data/reporting tools
  • Experience delivering organisational change and transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of project governance and controls
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving ability
  • Awareness of GDPR and data protection requirements
  • Formal project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP)
  • Experience with ITIL or service delivery frameworks
  • Exposure to implementing HR, finance, or operational systems
