Join our IT team to help keep things running smoothly. You’ll handle IT purchase orders, coordinate with staff and contractors, set up equipment, schedule site visits, manage stock and assets, and produce user audit reports.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 16 hours per week (flexible). Please note: this role is fixed term for 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate quoted works, planned maintenance, and contractor visits
- Manage IT purchase orders and procurement
- Schedule regular site visits for IT support
- Set up basic IT hardware (laptops, mobiles, peripherals)
- Provide 1st-line triage and user support when needed
- Maintain IT stock levels and oversee asset management
- Produce user audit reports
- Deliver organised, proactive and professional communication
- Build strong relationships with staff and third-party contractors
- Define project objectives and support project planning
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate follow-up actions
- Monitor project budgets, progress, quality and risks
- Maintain clear project documentation, plans, and reports
- Negotiate with suppliers and ensure smooth procurement
- Coordinate project team workflows and remove blockers
- Provide project updates and ensure stakeholder needs are met
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Essential:
- Knowledge of purchase order process
- High level of quality end user interaction
- Awareness of Project management methodologies and project stages
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Desirable:
- APM / PRINCE2 certification
