Shape, secure, and scale our Microsoft Azure environment. Seras is looking for an Azure Administrator to implement, manage, and monitor our cloud services across compute, storage, networking, and security. You’ll keep our Azure estate highly available, performant, and secure while helping us optimise costs and enable the business to move faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure resources, including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, and networking components.
- Administer Azure Active Directory (AAD), managing user accounts, roles, and access policies.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and diagnostic tools.
- Design and implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and apply best practices for cloud security.
- Automate routine and manual tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM templates, and Service Desk integrations.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to support application deployments and ongoing operations.
- Optimise resource utilisation and manage costs through Azure Cost Management tools.
- Stay current with new Azure features and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and security.
- Provide on-site support for projects and operational needs, with occasional travel to company locations.
