We’re looking for a proactive and safety-conscious Team Leader to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our processing site. Working on a 24/7 shift pattern, you’ll lead a team of operatives, ensuring daily targets are met while maintaining high standards in health, safety and environmental compliance.

Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off Days/Nights

Working Hours: 38.62 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve daily KPIs
  • Ensure safe operation of plant and equipment across the site
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with operatives to ensure task understanding
  • Enforce health and safety procedures, report incidents, and take corrective action
  • Manage contractors on site and issue permits to work (training provided)
  • Oversee environmental and quality procedures
  • Support traffic management and site coordination
