Purpose:
Provide administrative support to the Partnerships team to successfully drive and achieve sales objectives in line with Wholesale & Partners trading strategy. Build and maintain strong client relationships to fuel growth.
Accountabilities:
- Assist with daily and weekly trade reporting, producing reports that highlight bestsellers, category performance, and website trends to help make informed decisions to improve the website and maximise sales.
- Manage all imagery and content information across partnership and wholesale sites.
- Manage the product setup process from start to finish, uploading, enriching, and maintaining products on partners and wholesale websites.
- Manage end-to-end order processing and invoicing, ensuring it is completed accurately and in line with SLAs.
- Develop close working relationships with the operations and customer service team to track and maintain product availability.
- Manage and maintain the wholesale client database and new customer enquiries effectively.
Working Arrangement:
3 days a week in the central London office / 2 days from home
Salary:
26k – 28k
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Office / admin experience.
- Knowledge of wholesale, retail, e-commerce, or high street background.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
