Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions, scenario analyses, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the identification, analysis, and implementation of value creation initiatives across portfolio companies.
  • Support organisational improvement efforts, for example through process definition, performance optimisation, and reorganisation initiatives.
  • Contribute to business plan reviews, budgeting processes, and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Execute day-to-day workstreams in close collaboration with value creation/investment professionals and portfolio company leadership teams.

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme, ideally in business administration, economics, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a solid understanding of financial and operational topics form a key part of your profile.
  • A structured, reliable, and hands-on working style enables you to take ownership of tasks and drive them forward independently.
  • You enjoy working in dynamic environments and feel comfortable interacting with senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Very good English skills are required, both written and spoken; additional languages, such as German, are considered a plus.
  • A high level of motivation, intellectual curiosity, and an owner’s mindset distinguish the way you approach your work.

What We Offer

  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and decision-makers, ensuring a steep learning curve and meaningful insights into operational private equity.
  • High-impact responsibilities within a value creation team that works closely with portfolio companies on execution.
  • A dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment in which your contribution is visible and valued from day one.
  • Hands-on experience across financial modelling, operational transformation, governance, and portfolio management.
