Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in engineering leadership roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development and architecture. Expertise in modern tech stacks (e.g., TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, cloud platforms like AWS). Hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and mentor engineering teams. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Product Focus: Experience working closely with product teams to align engineering efforts with business goals. Ability to understand the broader vision and deliver high-quality solutions.
