We are looking for someone extremely driven, enthusiastic and resilient to join our young, fun and dynamic sales team and to be a huge part of our unique culture and tech revolution! You will be a crucial member of our team and you will have the opportunity to see how Serac Tech is transforming the construction and development industry.

We are an intermediate SaaS software house focused on providing businesses within the property and construction industry with tailored packages that automate tasks and handle data, freeing up time for firms to concentrate on their core objectives. Our clever algorithms format data in a way that connects our partners with prospective customers, bringing in new work and increasing sales.

The Role: We are looking for energetic and passionate people who want to break into the B2B space, develop their career in sales, and be part of a team that is digitising construction. You will work closely with the management and sales team to identify and generate new business opportunities, increasing sales from both new and repeat customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Full 360 sales cycle process
  • Reach out to identified prospects and open discussions around the Serac Tech product offering
  • Outbound prospecting to qualify potential business opportunities
  • Generate new leads and identify opportunities to the business
  • Drive qualified leads to book in sales demos
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business
  • Run engaging sales demos in order to induce buy-in for the prospective client
  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline in order to maximize sales and opportunities
