- Coach and mentor Business Development Representatives and junior Account Executives, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Lead a small sales team, helping drive performance, accountability and professional development.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Share sales best practice and contribute to improving sales processes, messaging and playbooks.
- Represent Serac Tech at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings where required.

- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Ability to understand complex customer requirements and deliver solution-based sales.
- Strong organisational and pipeline management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for coaching and developing others.
