Tasks
- Developing technical dosing system solutions in the field of dosing technology based on customer enquiries
- Design and calculation during quotation phase as well as providing in-depth advice right through to the final customer solution
- Providing technical advice to customers on dosing applications, system solutions and their integration into existing processes, both on-site at the customer's premises and at trade fairs or conferences
- Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships
- Management of customer projects
- Business travel within UK for sales meetings and technical discussions
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a Technician or holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications and has experience working with ERP and CRM systems
- Knowledge of common AutoCAD software is considered an advantage
- Experience with customer processes in the water treatment industry as well as in the beverage and food sectors is highly desirable
- Customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, a flexible and solution-oriented working style, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the management and execution of projects, demonstrating the ability to coordinate activities across different regions and cultures while ensuring successful project delivery
- A full UK driving licence is mandatory
