As the Warehouse Manager, you will be assisting in the preparation, organisation and maintenance of audio visual and lighting equipment within a technical event production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling custom AV racks
- Preparing and de prepping equipment for use in events
- Maintaining stock levels of consumable items
- Distributing tasks amongst warehouse based AV Technicians
- Leading a team of 2 audio visual technicians
- Maintaining accurate records in the company rental software system
- Ensuring cleanliness of the warehouse
- Fault testing and maintenance of equipment
- Loading and unloading vans and lorries
- Managing logistics and shipping of sub hire equipment
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Able to terminate and solder cables (RJ45, BNC, etc)
- Must have a minimum 3 years experience within the AV and events sector
- Prior experience as warehouse manager for a technical production or AV / lighting rental company would be highly beneficial.
- Full UK Driving License
