Overview
As Video Sales Manager, you drive sales of video products across multiple markets while growing the customer base and pipeline. You will manage video manufacturer relationships and coordinate end-to-end quotations and orders. You will work cross-functionally to secure brand placement in specifications and tenders. This is a dynamic role at the heart of live events and entertainment technology, offering the chance to shape video solutions for diverse customers.

Responsibilities
- Own the video sales target and qualified pipeline from enquiry to closing
- Grow existing accounts and expand into video equipment within current customers
- Win new customers across rental houses, production companies, broadcasters, venues, integrators and end users
- Incorporate key video brands into specifications and early tenders
- Translate customer requirements into workable video solutions and quotations
- Manage senior relationships with video manufacturers including pricing, terms, demos, and launches
- Train internal and external sales teams to identify video opportunities
- Represent the company at trade shows, demo days, and industry events
Key requirements
- Proven track record in video or AV sales within professional entertainment, broadcast or installation markets
- Strong technical understanding of LED video, processing and signal flow
- Commercially confident with supplier negotiations and closing sales
- Self-motivated and organised with CRM and sales forecasting discipline
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
