- 200271DescriptionLift Engineer – Service & InstallationMy client is looking for a qualified and experienced Lift Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who wants a varied field-based role covering lift servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, repair and installation.

We are looking for someone who knows the lift industry, is confident working independently on customer sites and takes pride in delivering high-quality engineering work.

This is an experienced position β€” you must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering and have proven experience within the lift industry.

The RoleAs a Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of service, maintenance and installation activities across customer sites.

Lift Engineer45,000
- 50,000 DOE, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, vehicle, pension, overtime. OTE up to 70,000 per annum.

LondonYour day-to-day responsibilities will include: Servicing and maintaining lift systemsCarrying out planned and reactive maintenanceInstalling new lift systems and associated equipmentDiagnosing mechanical and electrical faultsCarrying out fault-finding, repairs and component replacementTesting and commissioning lift equipmentIdentifying technical issues and resolving them efficientlyCarrying out safety checks and ensuring equipment is operating correctlyWorking in accordance with relevant industry standards, regulations and company proceduresProviding professional customer service while working on-siteCompleting service reports, job sheets and other relevant documentationMaintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and professionalismWhat I am looking for: We are specifically looking for experienced Lift Engineers who can work confidently in a field-based environment. xohmjla NVQ Level 3 in Lift EngineeringProven experience working as a Lift EngineerExperience in lift servicing and maintenanceExperience with lift installationStrong mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilityGood technical understanding of lift systems and componentsAbility to diagnose and resolve faults independentlyFull UK Driving LicenceAbility to work independently at customer sitesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityProfessional approach when dealing with customersGood communication and problem-solving skillsExperience Is EssentialYou must have demonstrable experience within the lift industry and be confident undertaking service, maintenance, fault-finding, repair and installation work with minimal supervision.
