Profile

My client supplies specialist critical ventilation systems for the NHS, private healthcare providers, universities and research facilities.

Specialised ventilation is provided in areas such as operating departments, critical care and isolation facilities.

The facilities management division provides ongoing maintenance of critical ventilation systems for safe, energy-efficient operation and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

*Do you have experience working with Ventilation or Duct work?

  • Warehouse & Assembly
  • General warehouse tasks. Packing and unpacking deliveries.
  • Assembly and packing Ultra Flow canopies.
  • Drilling Pop riveting and mechanical fixing, limited electrical assembly wiring LED lighting and fans
  • Quality control inspections.
  • Vehicle loading and unloading.
  • Operating a forklift truck (where qualified).
  • Site Installation Duties
  • Installation of 1st and 2nd fix Ultra Flow canopies.
  • Primary and Secondary steelwork medical gas pendant and operating light stems
  • Coordinate onsite delivery’s
  • Communicate with project managers and office staff
  • Carry out ad-hoc service work, including HEPA filter and fan changes as required.
  • Manage workload in line with the company diary planner
  • You must have or hold
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience using hand & power tools
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • CSCS Card, IPAF, PASMA, Forklift Truck Licence (Preferred)

This position will be split between the workshop and installing on site. It will require some working away when needed.
