We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join a small team that deals with planned and reactive maintenance across a large commercial/industrial site. This large site deals with manufacturing but also holds offices and depots. The right person for this position will already have experience working in engineering environments.

They need to have a working knowledge of:

  • Allocating work out to engineers
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Producing rotas
  • Dealing with holiday requirements
  • Other administrative duties

Please note that this office is based in an engineering environment and will have engineers coming and going all of the time.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative background
  • Able to use Word and Excel
  • Based in a short commute to the SN3 area of Swindon
  • Experience scheduling work to engineers would be a major advantage
  • Happy to work in an engineering environment
  • Must be willing to work in the office Monday to Friday

Package:

  • Basic salary based on a 40 hour week Monday to Friday
  • Early finish on Friday
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension
