Responsibilities
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial building services across a regional area
- Carry out AHU maintenance, water flushing, light testing and plant room maintenance
- Conduct compliance checks and ensure safety and quality standards
- Travel between sites within Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, North Hampshire and Surrey
- Support clients with a service-focused approach and respond to on-site needs
- Participate in on-call and after-hours coverage as applicable
Key requirements
- Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in a commutable location to the specified areas
- Minimum NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 in Electrical or Mechanical
