We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator for a full time position covering Maternity on a 12 month contract. This person will be working very closely with Contract Managers, Estimators and the Sales team in producing service contracts for new and existing clients.
The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in administration with a proven track record in contract management. We require this person to have experience communicating with Estimators and Sales People, preferably within a commercial maintenance or engineering background. This will be covering a 12 month maternity contract, however there will still be potential for this position to become permanent.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative background
- Excellent IT skills
- Must have experience in producing or working with contracts
- Experience in Building Services Maintenance or Installations is preferred
- Based in a commutable location to Slough
- Available immediately
- Ability to pick up new CRM systems
