We are looking for an experienced M&E Estimator for a full-time, permanent position. This M&E Estimator will be dealing with Service and Maintenance Tenders in relation to Facilities Maintenance Hard Services Contracts with a value of anything from 20,000 to 5 million.
The right person for this role will already have a background in facilities hard services estimating. They need to have a strong business development mentality and have tendered for multi-million pound hard services contracts. This is an office-based position (Kent); however, we are willing to allow this position to be part hybrid.
Requirements:
- Strong background in Facilities Maintenance Estimating
- Must have experience estimating for service contracts
- Strong hard services background
- Able to attend a Kent based office a couple of days a week
- Strong business development background
- Worked on large FM service contracts tenders
- Very client focused
