We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established and growing organisation operating within the security and communications industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager looking to take ownership of a range of exciting installation and upgrade projects, working with advanced security technologies and delivering high-quality solutions for a variety of clients.

You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The Role:

  • Manage security system installation, upgrade, and construction projects from commencement through to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations
  • Coordinate and manage engineering teams, subcontractors, and site activities
  • Support installation works across CCTV (IP and analogue), Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Fire Systems when required
  • Complete project documentation, timesheets, reports, and compliance records accurately
  • Ensure all installations meet required quality standards and specifications
  • Carry out health and safety checks and ensure safe working practices are maintained
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, engineers, and internal teams
  • Attend relevant training and development opportunities to enhance technical knowledge

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience managing projects within the security industry
  • Strong understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Fire Alarm systems
  • Knowledge of NSI standards and industry requirements
  • Experience working to programmes of works and project schedules
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions

Requirements:

  • ECS / CSCS Card
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to work towards SMSTS or PRINCE2 qualifications
  • Good understanding of health & safety procedures
