A proactive Business Development Manager is needed to join a national provider of fire and security solutions, focusing on the vibrant SME market across Newcastle and the Northeast region. Responsibilities include generating new business and nurturing an existing portfolio of accounts, with a core focus on the sale of maintenance contracts and small works projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively hunt for and secure new business opportunities within the SME market across your Newcastle and Northeast territory.
  • Manage and develop an existing book of client accounts, ensuring high retention and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Sell fire and security maintenance contracts, service agreements, and small works projects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key specifiers.
  • Develop a robust pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
