The Role
As a Security Service Engineer, you'll cover a small local patch around Milton Keynes, with day-to-day travel across Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Peterborough.
Your role will involve servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a wide range of commercial security systems, ensuring customers receive the highest level of support and system reliability.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.
- Fault-find and repair security systems.
- Complete preventative maintenance visits.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Accurately complete service reports.
- Participate in a 1 in 6 call-out rota.
About You
You'll be an experienced Security Engineer with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ideally you'll have
- Experience servicing commercial CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.
- Strong fault-finding skills.
- Intruder Alarm experience is essential.
