We are looking for an experienced Mechanical bias Building Services Engineer with a strong HVAC background for a large static site. This engineer will be working on a large High End Residential site based either in Hendon or Walthamstow. Dealing with the service, maintenance and breakdown of mechanical plant as well as electrical maintenance.
The engineer needs to have a strong HVAC background, dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning, plant rooms and heating as well as other general maintenance. The candidate should be either a level 2 in mechanical engineering (not plumbing) or hold the Fgas qualification.
Responsibilities- Perform service, maintenance and breakdown repair of mechanical plant on a large high-end residential site
- Carry out electrical maintenance as required on-site systems
- Manage planned and reactive maintenance for HVAC systems including air conditioning, plant rooms and heating
- Support two sites when needed
- Strong working background in commercial building services maintenance
- Based in a commutable location to either Hendon or Walthamstow
- Willing to support two sites when needed
- Strong mechanical background with HVAC knowledge
- Level 2 in mechanical engineering (not plumbing) or hold the Fgas qualification
- Excellent basic salary
