Job Ref: ID: 193958DescriptionEstimator – Façades Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 + Bonus + Pension Location: RemoteAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a growing specialist façade contractor delivering major projects across Manchester, Liverpool and the wider UK.The business specialises in rainscreen cladding, high-rise remediation, combustible façade replacement, EWI, render, brick slips and fire safety works.With projects currently ranging from 1m-15m, this is a great opportunity to join a business with an exciting pipeline and ambitious growth plans.The RoleReporting directly to the Commercial Director, you'll take ownership of estimating and tendering across a varied portfolio of façade and remediation projects.You'll be involved in:Preparing detailed estimates and tender submissions.Reviewing drawings, specifications and scopes.Pricing façade, cladding and remediation packages.Managing supplier/subcontractor quotations.Identifying commercial risks and opportunities.Working closely with the commercial, technical and delivery teams.Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers.Who They're Looking ForWe're looking for an Estimator with 5+ years' experience, ideally from a façade, cladding, remediation, EWI, roofing or external envelope background.Most importantly, they're looking for someone who is:Commercially astute and detail-focused.Honest, reliable and accountable.A strong communicator and team player.Proactive and keen to make an impact.Comfortable working independently.Why Join?50k–60k + bonusRemote workingShared workspace options in South Manchester or SheffieldWork on projects up to 15m+Direct access to the Commercial DirectorYoung, vibrant and collaborative teamExcellent opportunity to grow with an ambitious specialist contractorInterested?
