Your role will focus on maintaining system efficiency, delivering energy-saving solutions, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS), with a focus on Trend & Tridium.
Attend to service calls and provide on-site technical support for clients, ensuring systems are running efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the service team and provide updates on job progress, reporting on any issues and solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Must hold a clean UK driving licence, as the role involves regular travel to client sites.
Flexibility: Willingness to work out of hours when required and participate in the call-out rota.
