Responsibilities
- Carry out multi-skilled building services maintenance at commercial sites across London
- Travel between sites using public transport and work on a foot-mobile basis
- Respond to maintenance issues and perform planned servicing within the West End area
- Participate in on-call rota and contribute to service continuity
- Collaborate with team and site contacts to ensure quality and compliance
Key requirements
- Strong background as a Commercial Building Services Engineer
- Multi-skilled capability across electrical and/or mechanical disciplines
- Electrical path: NVQ level 3 and 18th Edition OR Fgas/HVAC qualification
- Willing to travel around London via public transport
- Commute-able to sites in the West End
- Basic level 2 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Building Services
- Electrical qualification with 18th Edition
