Salary: From £80,000 to £90,000 plus package

We are looking for a Technical Director with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance (hard services) for a very prestigious site in London. This Facilities Director will be in charge of account managing one prestigious client only, however this is a very large contract. This prestigious site needs a Facilities Director who has the ability to technically manage a hard services contract with a value of over £50 million. This will involve being focused on the clients' needs as well as managing a management team within facilities maintenance.

The right person will already have worked their way up to directorship level within Building Services Hard Services. They will need to have experience dealing with high calibre clients with challenging requirements.

Due to the nature of this position, we do require this person to have an HNC, HND or NVQ Level 4 within Building Services or Engineering. We also require this person to have come from a technical background (mechanical or electrical) and already worked their way up to directorship level.

Requirements:

  • Senior Management/Directorship level in Building Services Hard Services
  • HNC or HND within Engineering or Building Services Management
  • Car driver is preferred but not essential
  • Need to have some technical experience (mechanical or electrical)
  • Essential that this person has worked on M&E service contracts worth £50 million plus
  • Very client focused
  • Understanding of Educational sites would be a major advantage
