We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Contract Manager for a full time, permanent position covering commercial sites across London and the Home Counties.
This Contract Manager will be dealing with planned and reactive maintenance contracts with a value of approximately 1.5 million or above. They will be managing a team of static and van mobile engineers that will include air conditioning, commercial heating and electrical.
The right person for this position will already have a strong background as a commercial Contract Manager within Facilities Maintenance. They will have managed large commercial contracts with a value of over a million pounds. They do need to come from a technical background preferably holding a technical qualification.
This Contract Manager will be expected to work remotely, but still happy to attend the office when needed.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Contract Manager
- Technical experience within commercial facilities maintenance
- Managed service contracts with a value of over a million
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be able willing to travel into central London
- Holding a mechanical or electrical qualification is preferred
- Very client focused
