Job Ref: 194588DescriptionBMS Contracts ManagerLocation: LondonSalary: 60,000 - 80,000 DOE + Car/Car Allowance + BenefitsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMS Contracts Manager to join a growing specialist business delivering intelligent building controls, energy management and decarbonisation solutions across commercial and complex estates.This is a senior position where you will take responsibility for the successful delivery and commercial management of BMS contracts, working closely with clients, project teams and engineers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.The RoleTake overall responsibility for the management and delivery of BMS contracts across London and surrounding areas.Manage multiple projects and contracts from handover through to completion.Oversee project programmes, budgets, margins, resources and commercial performance.Lead and support Project Managers, Engineers, Commissioning Engineers and subcontractors.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement solutions to maintain delivery.Review variations, valuations, applications, costs and contract performance.Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality, specification and contractual requirements.Support the development of processes and systems to improve project delivery and profitability.Work closely with senior management on forecasting, business planning and future opportunities.Ensure appropriate health & safety, compliance and quality standards are maintained.About YouProven experience within BMS/BEMS, building controls or a closely related building services environment.Previous experience managing BMS projects, contracts or a project delivery function.Strong commercial understanding with experience managing budgets, margins and project performance.Good technical understanding of BMS and building controls.Experience working with platforms such as Trend, Tridium Niagara, Siemens, Schneider or similar would be advantageous.Strong leadership and people-management skills.Confident managing clients and senior stakeholders.Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.Commercially minded with the ability to identify and manage project risks.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas.What's on Offer60,000 - 80,000 salary depending on experienceCompany car or car allowancePriva
