A leading UK manufacturer within the water treatment industry is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a supportive team environment. No Cold Calling. Sales Admin preferred.
The Role
- You’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with contractors and merchants across the UK, selling technical products over the phone and supporting the wider sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Managing inbound and outbound sales calls
- Preparing customer quotations and processing enquiries
- Supporting regional sales activity and account management
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery
- Developing strong product knowledge through ongoing training
