SER-IN is currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Support) in North West London. The role is hybrid, offering three days in the office and two days working from home after onboarding, with a salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality IT support across Microsoft technologies and end-user environments while developing broader technical skills in a fast-paced MSP setting.
