A leading UK manufacturer within the water treatment industry is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a supportive team environment. No Cold Calling. Sales Admin preferred.

The Role

  • Managing and developing relationships with contractors and merchants across the UK, selling technical products over the phone and supporting the wider sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Managing inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Preparing customer quotations and processing enquiries
  • Supporting regional sales activity and account management
  • Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Developing strong product knowledge through ongoing training
